ʕᴥ• ʔ☝ PAYMENT:

  • Pay Full upfront for YCH, other payment process below only applies to other services other than YCH

  • Pay 50% after the approved sketch / Pay full depending on the client

  • Pay Full after I sent the whole product

  • Payment Methods; Maya Bank, Paypal, and Gcash

ʕᴥ• ʔ☝ REFUND:

  • STRICTLY NO REFUND

ʕᴥ• ʔ☝ PROCESS:

  • The artwork will be done in my style

  • References are required and highly appreciated

  • I will update the client for a review of the sketches. Once I sent the drawing for a final review, minimum of (3) minor revisions can be requested. Any more than (3) minor revisions will result to an additional fee

  • Once the finalized artwork/product is accepted or approved, I will email you the full resolution .png files containing a transparent version and white background version.

  • The final work and both versions will have a watermark

  • My watermark will be put and shan't be removed when used in social media post

  • I, as an artist, will not accept any raw file (.csp) request of the artwork

ʕᴥ• ʔ☝ USAGE:

  • The artwork is not authorized to train AI Art nor be used as NFT product

  • The commissioner has the right to decline my use to post in social media of their commissioned artwork

  • I may use the artwork commissioned to be displayed in my portfolio unless stated otherwise

  • The commissioner cannot claim the artwork as their own

  • The commissioner or anyone that has possession of the product cannot make changes to the artwork without my permission

  • The commissioner has the right to post their commissioned product / artwork online with credit
